If we discover a material pricing or product-description error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If the order is cancelled, amounts collected for the cancelled purchase will be refunded.

4. ORDERS, AVAILABILITY, AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including unavailable stock, suspected fraud, payment failure, or a material listing error.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will notify you and promptly refund the cancelled purchase.

If you need to request a cancellation or address change, email support@fullscalecosmetics.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once fulfillment has begun. If we confirm a cancellation before shipment, we will refund the cancelled purchase.

These procedures do not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our Shipping & Returns policy explains processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and assistance with delayed or missing packages.

Unless expressly guaranteed, delivery timeframes are estimates. Carrier delays may occur because of weather, holidays, operational disruptions, or other circumstances.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the required delay notice and the opportunity to agree to a revised shipping date or cancel for a full and prompt refund, in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If you discover an address error, contact us promptly.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may request a return of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging with any original safety or tamper seals intact. Proof of purchase and return authorization are required.

Customers pay return shipping for ordinary returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved ordinary returns are refunded at the product price paid, accounting for discounts and applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are generally not refundable for ordinary returns.

Opened or used products are not eligible for routine change-of-mind returns. Sensitivity or irritation concerns are reviewed individually and may qualify for a refund or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Please report visible damage, leaking products, compromised seals, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or other information to verify the issue. For verified shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return shipping.

Contact us when you discover a defect that becomes apparent later. The 7-day reporting request does not automatically exclude later-discovered defects or limit your legal rights.

After an approved refund is processed, allow approximately 7–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. PROMOTIONS

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to the conditions presented with each offer, including any expiration date, eligibility requirements, exclusions, or limits on combining discounts.

Changes to promotions apply prospectively and do not remove discounts already accepted on completed purchases.
